*Effective as of September 4, 2025, the Apogee Board of Directors approved amendments to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”). These amendments include minor text updates, streamlined and clarified procedures related to conflicts of interest, updates to the approval process for employee service on external for-profit boards, updates to the definition of a Code violation, clarifications to the scope of the Code’s application to consultants, clarified expectations regarding employee conduct and added information on international trade policies.
